[R-SIG-Mac] plot() does not give labels under quarts.

Hi Tena,

Similar things happen in my environment. The xlab and the numbers
under tics are not shown on quartz, although the ylab and the numbers
have no problem.

When I resize the quartz window with mouse, the hidden xlab and numbers
appear. Once I resize the window, further plotting has no problem.

So, the fact is that the xlab and the numbers are given but hidden.
