[R-SIG-Mac] accented vowels

As a follow up, I tried this

a[2]
[1] "1_MO2 soles Sète sda.Rda"
b[2]
[1] "1_MO2 soles Sète sda.Rda"
a[2] == b[2]
[1] FALSE
