I'm not on Lion right now so I'll check later, but I don't think I'll be re-packaging it for that ;).

It does - your'e using Apple's gcc 4.2.1 with Fortran front-end from gcc 4.2.4 (i.e. the back-end is still gcc-4.2.1). Obviously, it's something that the authors didn't anticipate so there is no provision for labeling that mix ;) - the build simply shows the branch version which is gcc-4.2.1 5666.3. Given that Apple has no Fortran in their branch, there is really no "corresponding" Fortran.
