[R-SIG-Mac] R.framework installation package suggestions

Having recently installed the the binary OS X R.framework package I
have 2 suggestions:

1. Symlinks are created for both ../Resources/man1/R.1 and Rscript.1
in the /usr/local/man/man1 directory.
2. The 2 symlinks R and Rscript which are created in /usr/bin rather
be created in /usr/local/bin if the directory exists.
