That will be a really tough one. I don't have a globally working 64- 
bit binary of GTK+, so I think you're out of luck. Building GTK+ and  
all its dependencies in 64-bit from sources is a real pain and very  
error-prone (and somewhat dangerous because you'll need to mask some  
system libraries). I wouldn't hold my breath, but in theory you build  
GTK+ in 64-bit and re-compile RGtk2 with it...
