[R-SIG-Mac] rgl now hosted on https://r-forge.r-project.org/projects/rgl/

I have now moved rgl to R-forge, which means there will be regular 
automatic builds of the development versions.  I notice that the Mac OS 
build failed with the familiar

ld: warning, duplicate dylib 
/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk/usr/local/lib/libgcc_s.1.dylib
ld: cycle in dylib re-exports with /usr/X11/lib/libGL.dylib
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [aglrgl.so] Error 1
make: *** [aglrgl.so] Error 2
chmod: /srv/R/pkgs/7wj1zq2wb0/rgl/libs/i386/*: No such file or directory
ERROR: compilation failed for package 'rgl'

I will see about fixing this.  Mac OS experts would be welcome additions 
to the project!
