[R-SIG-Mac] [R] Rd2dvi problem.

This has been changed from a configure-time to a run-time search for 
future versions of R.  So even if latex is not found on the build machine, 
'latex' will be tried at run time.  Ditto for pdflatex.  Also, the error 
messages are now much clearer and put out sooner.
