[R-SIG-Mac] rimage doesn't install on Mac OS X 10.4

Thanks for the suggestion.  I wasn't able to execute your last command
exactly as is, but after some trial-and-error, I got this to run as far
as it did.  Now there is a complaint about -ljpeg.  I copied libjpeg.a
to the working directory, and of course it is in many other places.  Any
more suggestions?
