[R-SIG-Mac] maybe of some interest

R-devel compiles, builds, and passes make check with the llvm-gcc  
frontend.

I happen to use ifort-10.1 for the fortran compiler. I have not tried  
any fancy
optimization options yet. Just changed CC and CXX for configure.

gcc version 4.2.1 (Based on Apple Inc. build 5555) (LLVM build 2.3)
