[R-SIG-Mac] Office integration

I find that R graphics saved as PNG files import into Word 2004 for 
Mac with good quality.
This is with the "Insert Picture from File" command, rather than copy/paste.

(Illustrator for Mac has a "Save for Office" option, and it saves in 
PNG format)
