[R-SIG-Mac] Error Message when pressing command f in built in editor

Hello,

I try to search for words in the built in R.app editor. When I press  
command f I get the following error message:

Consider saving your work soon in case this problem leads to a full  
crash.
I cannot search but everything else seems to work fine.
