[R-SIG-Mac] TeXShop and Sweave() problems

Hi

R-2.6.0,  MacOSX 10.4.11

I have just installed TeXShop 2.14 and the very latest version of  
MacTeX.dmg.
Upgrading is necessary for R to process my vignettes.

Now I am having problems with tex files that worked yesterday.  I am  
using
Sweave() to create tex files and the JSS style files.

My TeX files start:


\documentclass[article]{jss}
\usepackage{dsfont}
...



but TeXShop reports errors:

which were not there yesterday: the only difference is that I have  
installed the new MacTeX.dmg.

Does anyone recognize these symptoms?
