Has anybody managed to install the EBimage package on Tiger?
I managed , with help, to compile the binaries with three warnings
namely;
WARNING: ignoring environment value of R_HOME
libmain.cpp:31: warning: unused parameter ‘info’
libmain.cpp:31: warning: unused parameter ‘info’
however the loading into R then failed with:
Error in dyn.load(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now)) :
unable to load shared library '/Users/paul/Library/R/library/EBImage/
libs/ppc/EBImage.so':
dlopen(/Users/paul/Library/R/library/EBImage/libs/ppc/EBImage.so,
6): Symbol not found:
__ZNSt24__default_alloc_templateILb1ELi0EE9_S_refillEm
Referenced from: /usr/local/lib/libMagick++.10.dylib
Expected in: flat namespace
Error: package/namespace load failed for 'EBImage'
