[R-SIG-Mac] Rgraphviz loading problem solved

Dear Dear R-Mac users,
   In the past I have reported difficulties using Rgraphviz because of 
problems loading various libraries.  I think I have found at least 
one source of the problem.

  In addition to the standard packages that need to be downloaded and 
installed from bio-conductor, it turns out that an important 
additional library is found in the X-code library for the Mac. 
Installing X-Code allows Rgraphviz to load.

This might account for the recommendation to compile Rgraphviz from 
source, because that would entail using X-code.

Thanks to Seth and Simon for such hard work getting Rgraphviz to work 
on the Mac.
