[R-SIG-Mac] problems installing packages since upgrade to 2.4.1

The version of rgl is also a couple of releases out of date, but I see 
that's what is currently on CRAN as the MacOSX binary.  The problem is 
that the examples in rgl won't run without an X11 server.

Could you special case rgl, so it gets built?
