[R-SIG-Mac] Tweak of install code

A tiny correction to the command on the development website to 
install the latest R version:

sudo tar fvxz ~/Desktop/R-*-universal.tar.gz -C /

To make it work for R24-branch-tiger-universal.tar.gz, the '-' after 
'R' needs removing.
