[R-SIG-Mac] Minor bug

I just encountered a minor bug. If you set the working directory to a
folder, and then delete that folder, R starts throwing an error to
the console repeatedly:

2006-11-30 11:50:49.520 R[1430] *** Assertion failure in -
[NSTextFieldCell _objectValue:forString:errorDescription:],
2006-11-30 11:50:49.520 R[1430] *** NSTimer discarding exception
'Invalid parameter not satisfying: aString != nil' that raised during
firing of timer with target 5dfe10 and selector 'showWorkingDir:'

Clearly it's just not finding the directory (since it no longer
exists). Perhaps in this event it can note that the folder is no
longer there and reset the working directory to home and just list a
single error (note) in the console?

I am using R v.2.4.0 GUI 1.7 (3868).

Thanks to all for all the hard work on this app!
