[R-SIG-Mac] gstat and grass support

Massimo,

This is my ./configure:

./configure --with-grass6=/Applications/Grass/grass60.app/Contents/ 
Resources/grass-6.0.0 --without-gdal LDFLAGS=-flat_namespace

gstat -v    yields:

GRASS 6.1.cvs (mm5) > gstat -v
compiled on:          Aug 26 2005
with libraries:       grass ncurses netcdf
last modified on:     Fri Jun 17 13:58:48 CEST 2005
gstat home page:      http://www.gstat.org/

gstat: unknown version 2.4.5 (17 June 2005)

Also, even though I am using Tiger (MacOS X 10.4.5), I am -  
apparently - still using Xtools 1.2 and did not install 2.0 with  
Tiger (this surprises me).
