[R-SIG-Mac] Rcmdr not running properly (OS X)

Rcmdr installs and runs fine for me (assuming you have accepted that  
it should install all the dependencies for you), but I always get  
this error inside Rcmdr's window: WARNING: The rgl package is absent;  
3D plots are unavailable.  And, I have no idea how one obtains and  
loads the rgl package as it does not show up anywhere at CRAN.
