[R-SIG-Mac] problem with tkrplot package

the problem is that tcltk loads tkrplot as a tcl
module -- and if you use the aqua version of tcl/tk then
this can only load modules if they are dylibs, not
bundles. this is not a problem with the x11 version of
tcltk, but for the aqua version you need to build tkrplot
as tkrplot.dylib instead of tkrplot.so (and change
.first.lib accordingly).
so my guess is you probably have a version of aqua tcl/tk
on your system
