[R-SIG-Mac] Using the rgl package outside R.app

If I remember well, rgl on OS X now uses Aqua OpenGL. If you want to
run it under xterm you need either to build rgl yourself forcing to
use X11 OpenGL or rebuild R using Jan's approach. The same applies to
TclTk.
