[R-SIG-Mac] R-devel 2.3.0 on Tiger

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to compile the latest devel version from the source.

I'm using gcc 3.3 and g77 (based on gcc 3.4.3). But when I run ./configure I 
get the following error:

configure: error: linking to Fortran libraries from C fails

Do you guys have any suggestion on how I should proceed?
