[R-SIG-Mac] R.app crash report

Unfortunately, I will not be able to send you the detailed and  
reproducible procedure that lead to the crash.

Basically, if I click on the R.app icon, the program crashes.  If I  
use Terminal and go to /Applications/R.app/Contents/MacOS and run ./ 
R, then everything works OK (as far as I know).  The problem reoccurs  
if I reinstall although sometimes I get a few uses out it first.
