After puzzling over the?Rprofile documentation, I tried creating files called Renvironment and Rprofile in my home directory, and then .Rprofile and .Renvironment, and they never seemed to get read in. Is there some trick I don't know to setting up user and site profiles and environments on a Mac (using 10.4)? --Paul
