Not sure why help uses word-caps but this is consistent
with what's there now in R.app 1.13 rev 1969.

* The 'Update All' pushbutton lacks pop-up help.

* Nnoticed that the nightly builds seem to be missing
'Contents/Resources/history.icns' as compared to rev 1913
(R-2.2.0). Is this file still used by the current code?
