[R-SIG-Mac] rgl on 10.4

rgl is X11 specific. The problem could come about because you use the
bundled Aqua OpenGL for the headers. You probably need an X11 OpenGL
installation. Since I don't use X11, I don't have rgl in my distro  
either.
