[R-SIG-Mac] compile problem on OS 10.4, R-2.1.0

George,

That looks just like my problem trying to install ProbForecastGOP  
from source. I'm using Mac OS X 10.4 & R-2.1.0 as well — using the  
R.app 2.1. I do not have a solution, however.
