[R-SIG-Mac] RGL Mac OS X Carbon with static libpng prebuilt

Dear R Mac OS X / RGL Users,

I'm currently improving configuration and added support for static 
libpng linkage

A OS/X Carbon build with static libpng support has been built.
Would be interested, if this works and on what OS Versions.

The build was done on a Panther 10.3.9/G4
