[R-SIG-Mac] location of installed packages documentation

I've been testing Stefano's 1.9 framework; everything is running smooth 
so far, except for one small item. When new packages are installed, the 
docs do not seem to get installed (at least not into the right place). 
That is:

/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/1.9.0/Resources/library

seems not to contain the newly-installed packages. Is there an easy 
solution to this problem?
