[R-SIG-Mac] new carbon R from terminal or emacs

 From the Carbon Emacs.app:
first with Emacs in front (see the menu bar),
then by clicking the graphics windows (see the menu bar, see the dock).

So R.app is not running, this is just R.bin in the framework
with resource fork and metafile info added.
