[R-SIG-Mac] updates R, Emacs on gifi

I have updated both R and Emacs with ESS on  
http://gifi.stat.ucla.edu/pub.

Both are diskimages with installer packages, and both install required
dynamic libraries in the correct places. Both are compiled with gcc-3.3
and g77-3.4 on Panther and on a G5, but they should work with Jaguar
on a G4 as well.

The R package contains both RAqua and the Darwin/X11 version of R.
(1.8.0 beta, with base packages).
