The 11/25/03 distribution updates R-devel, Emacs, and Tcl/Tk (both  
Darwin/X11 and Aqua versions) to the latest CVS version, updates the  
CRAN packages, and updates Jim Lindsey's R packages to Panther and  
gcc-3.3. Also the tkrplot package is now the X11 version, because the  
Aqua version does not work (by design). If you follow the setup below,  
all your R's will use the X11 version of Tcl/Tk. I have removed XEmacs  
again, too many emacses allready.
