[R-SIG-Mac]R-1.6.2 on gifi

I updated R-1.6.2.tar.gz in

http://gifi.stat.ucla.edu/pub

It now includes pgm, RGtkExtras, RGtkHTML, RGtkGlad, RGdkPixbuf
and various updated CRAN packages.

I removed the X11 dylibs from the page, because you can/must now install
Apple's X11.
