[R-SIG-Mac]R-1.6.1 binary

There is an R-1.6.1 tarball with binaries for R and 260 packages at

http://gifi.stat.ucla.edu/pub

(no anonymous ftp on gifi any more ). This one should be unpacked
in / (the root directory).

I have also put tarballs of Python and Tcl/AquaTk there (also unpack
in /), and an update of the Carbon Emacs.
