[R-SIG-Mac]Carbon R 1.6.1

I have just uploaded to CRAN the latest build of R 1.6.1 for 
MacOS/MacOSX (the Carbon version) along with the contributed packages 
and the Bioconductor_1.0 bundle.

This will propagate on CRAN starting from midnight in a couple of days.


There are no particular Mac changes in this release. All other changes 
in 1.6.1 apply to this Mac release.
