[R-SIG-Mac]R on Jaguar

Just for the fun of it I compiled R-1,5,0 and R-devel with the Quartz
device on Jaguar (i.e. Mac OS X 10.2), linking cc and gcc to gcc2.
R-1.5.0 works fine, but devQuartz.c no longer compiles because
fenv.h is no longer there. Stefano, what did you need from fenv.h ?
