contains binaries for packages that require some separate handling.
Currently it has Rmpi, RMySQL, tkrplot. These packages will be
wrapped in the full distribution at some later point.

A number of CRAN packages still do not compile, because of problems
with atlas and/or the fortran compiler. These are Matrix, RQuantLib,
and subselect.
