[R-SIG-Mac]R-1.5.1 metapackage

It is now on CRAN in http://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/. Also, note that
that it is now R-1.5.1.dmg.tgz, which will solve some problems with
unix ftp programs. Just drop the whole thing on stuffit expander, or use
tar -zxvf. The version of the file on ftp://gifi.stat.ucla.edu/pub has also
been tar-gzipped.
