[R-SIG-Mac]no atlas

can you please provide a 1.4.0 release (not an 1.4.0 patch release). 
I'll put this on cran.

btw. I tried to install R from fink but it has installed to me rel 1.3.1

Is 1.4.0 available from fink yet ?
