[R-SIG-Mac]html files

I note that the R 1.5.1 html help files in all the packages refer to a
style sheet called R.css

<html><head><title>R: Nonparametric Bootstrap Confidence Intervals</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../../R.css">

but the correct path is

href="../../../doc/html/R.css"

The effect of the error is only cosmetic (background colour, style of
headings). The workaround is to put a copy of R.css in the library folder.
