[R-SIG-Mac]recent builds of R-patched and R-devel

These are (almost) daily builds of R-devel and R-patched, using
MacOS 10.1 and the latest fink libraries. The directories
R-devel and R-patched are the actual build directories (which
means they only contain the base distribution). You can download
the directory and then say "make install" yourself.

In the same place there is usually a recent tar.gz of the full 
distribution.
This is R-patched with more than 160 packages.
