ABOUT ZÉBRYS

Zébrys is a startup which designs the software R++, the Next Step.

R++, the Next Step is a new Graphical User Interface for R. It comes
from 3 years of research with different teams specialized in HMI. The
first video presentation is available here (comments are in French, but
the video is understandable even without sound).

Zébrys is a startup with strong growth potential: prize winner for the
French Tech Grant, Innov&Plus Loan, Réseau Entreprendre, Créalia… It is
intensively hiring.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Depending on your own preferences, the tasks will be diversified: 

 Define the software: R++, the Next Step is developed by IT engineers
specialists in high performance. On the other hand the functional
specifications are expressed by statisticians. Your main duty will be to
take part in the definition of the software. 

 Popularization: you shall popularize by writing blog articles, such as
"The Boot-Strap Feedback", "Multiple Imputations From A to Z" or "Big
Data: Your Softwares' Real Limits". A communication trainee will help
you. 

 Technological surveillance: you will need to be at the forefront of the
technology and write quality articles. To do so you will have to train
continuously in stats and software… In order to become R world champion!


 R-D: you might pursue research and come up with new methods and the
corresponding package. In such a case you would write scientific
articles.
