Job Details:
--3+ years' bioinformatics research experience / sequencing analysis and statistical assessment for HLA typing systems,
--MUST be strong in genomics / genetics background a must,
--Degree Requirement: Masters in Bioinformatics w/ 3+ yrs' industry exp or PhD in Bioinformatics w/ no experience or MS in Computer Science or Biology w/ 3+ yrs' industry exp,
--Expert in Perl, R, database skills,
--MySQL and shell scripting a plus,
--Work experience with HLA typing systems a strong plus,
--Want highly motivated individual to join Bioinformatics Team in newly-funded business unit program.
