[R-sig-hpc] Error message "not installed for 'arch=xx'" when installing Rmpi in R-2.12.0

Thanks Hao, for the swift reply and for your efforts on the 64bit version
of Rmpi.
I have read the note you indicated, however, as even 32-bit R produces the
message (see below) I figured I might as well try the other combinations.
So it's back to the question:
Why does 32-bit R say "package 'Rmpi' is not installed for 'arch=i386'"?
Anyone out there who runs Rmpi+MPICH in Windows-7(64bit)?

Thanks in advance,

Melwin
