[R-gui] how to edit TclPath

Hello,

How can I edit or delete few search path from my TclPath? For some reason
limmaGUI isn't working on my Intel based iMac.

my path has this:
tclvalue("auto_path")
[1] "/usr/local/lib/tcl8.4 /usr/local/lib ./lib /usr/local/lib/tk8.4
/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/library/tcltk/exec /Library/Tcl
/Network/Library/Tcl /System/Library/Tcl /Library/Frameworks/Tcl
/Users/hb/Library/Tcl /Users/hb/Network/Library/Tcl
/Users/hb/System/Library/Tcl /Users/hb/Library/Frameworks/Tcl /sw/lib/tcl8.4"

Does someone has any suggestion as what might be wrong here?
