[R-gui] XML specifs for R GUIs dialog boxes

I must apologize for my mail of yesterday that is a little bit too
expeditive and directive. I had a bad day, facing inefficiencies of
colleagues at work, and I was in a mood of expediting things,... may be too
much! I have deleted the Rplug.pfd and Rplug.rtf docs from
http://www.r-project.org/GUI. These docs will be posted again later, when
various aspects will be solved. In particular, it is to Thomas (not to me)
to decide when and how his document will be posted... Sorry again.

I prepare a second mail to clarify the situation, because I am afraid we
have now a little pool of convinced people (Thomas and some others), facing
a larger group of skepticals.
