[R--gR] qp package

Dear All,
a new R package is now available on CRAN. It is named "qp" and 
implements the procedure described in

Castelo, R. and Roverato, A. (2006). A robust procedure for Gaussian 
graphical model search from microarray data with p larger than n. 
Journal of Machine Learning Research, 7, 2621-2650.
