This is the second time within a couple of hours that you ask the same
question to a different mailing list. Furthermore, this mailing list is
about graphical models...
Finally, you will need a better question to get a useful answer. But
before you ask that, look at
  ?locfit
to see whether you might be able to solve your problem alone.
