[R--gR] ggm package: update

I have updated package ggm working together with 
Mathias Drton. The new version 0.8 is available at CRAN.  

This version contains:
- new functions for defining ancestral graphs (makeAG, unmakeAG)
- new functions for fitting ancestral graphs and covariance graphs by ML
provided by Mathias Drton (fitAncestralGraph, fitCovGraph)
- a (simple) function for drawing graphs (drawGraph).

Moreover some bugs were fixed and some fuctions
are now more efficient. 

The standard adjacency matrix representation for graphs 
has been adopted everywhere.
