[R-sig-Geo] rgdal 1.5-8 released on CRAN

My problems of install of sf and dependencies were fixed by rgdal-1.5-9 and
additionally
upgrading lwgeom and all other dependencies. Thank you all for your efforts
and I am
in ubuntu 20.04.
